二、设备具体要求：
1.可装配两种角度的刀片使用（刃口倾角30度、45度
2．刀片刃口与水晶桌布平行，后端刃口与水晶桌布边缘对齐，刀片整体垂直向下切入3mm水晶桌布，切入深度2.5mm，切开后的2.5mm长度范围要与刀片刃口长度一致，需显示每次切入时的阻力大小。
3.切割间距1～5mm，切割材料尺寸约为200mm，宽度为20～30mm.
4.每排切割次数约50～150次，单排切割完毕后将水晶桌布旋转180度，安装进行第二排切割，一块布切割两排。
5.连续切割完毕后警音提醒更换材料。
6.为达到装配后单片刃口后端与材料边缘对齐，刀片安装架要有微调机构。
7.记录切割次数。

2. Specific requirements of equipment:
1. Can be equipped with two angles of blade use (cutting edge Angle of 30 degrees, 45 degrees
2. The cutting edge of the blade should be parallel to the crystal tablecloth, and the cutting edge of the back end should be aligned with the edge of the crystal tablecloth. The whole blade should be cut vertically down into the 3mm crystal tablecloth, and the cutting depth should be 2.5mm. The length range of 2.5mm after cutting should be consistent with the length of the blade edge.
3. The cutting spacing is 1 ~ 5mm, the cutting material size is about 200mm, and the width is 20 ~ 30mm.
4. Each row is cut 50 to 150 times. After the single row is cut, rotate the crystal tablecloth 180 degrees and install the second row to cut two rows of one cloth.
5. After continuous cutting is completed, the alarm sound reminds to replace the material.
6. In order to align the back end of the cutting edge of a single piece with the edge of the material after assembly, the blade mounting frame should have a fine-tuning mechanism.
